Resumes, and what employers are looking for in them have changed during this prolonged work from home environment. With Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) becoming the norm for applying for a position, the last thing you want is for your resume to not be ranked high enough and be passed over by the ATS, or deleted by an employer after having looked at it for less than 30 seconds.

In this workshop you will become aware of what a resume is in today's virtual environment, how employers are now looking at them, and how to craft yours into an ATS data input sheet that not only accurately presents your knowledge, skills, abilities and accomplishments, but will also be in a visual format to pique an employers' interest in wanting to contact you.​
