Bridges to Jobs is a State of California adult education program with an 14 year history supporting people who are unemployed, underemployed or just searching for a new job or career.
We provide a program that teaches attendees how to write a resume to today's standards, how to job search in the new automated job search environment, and how to stand out from other candidates in both physical and virtual interviews.
To help our members succeed in finding a new job by providing:
- Proprietary training workshops that cover a wide range of job search related topics
- Help with crafting a resume that is written to employer expectations and standards in in todays new automated job search environment
- Training on how to excel and stand out from other candidates in both physical and virtual interviews.
- Most importantly, an emotional safe and supportive environment to share job seeking stories, fears and successes in their job search
